1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Verdant Yield Partners for agronomic consulting or soil analysis, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all commercial growers within the Willamette Valley and broader Pacific Northwest utilizing our services.

2. Service Limitations & Yield Variability

While our methodology is grounded in rigorous scientific sequencing, agricultural yields are inherently subject to acts of nature. Verdant Yield Partners does not guarantee specific harvest volumes. Client acknowledges that weather volatility, pest outbreaks, and historical soil degradation play significant roles in ultimate crop performance.

3. Intellectual Property

The specific compositions of custom microbial compost teas and inoculation sequences developed by Verdant Yield Partners remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be reverse-engineered or commercially resold.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
